Neville feels that tte losses will prob- ably be lcwer both of these clubs. The Cadre (newspaper) lost $4800 last year. It was felt that even if the Sun \ looses this amount or more, it would be worth it due to the improved quality of the paper.
Mr. Neville felt that we are in fairly good fin- ancial straits at pre— sent, we have paid off $20,000 of the $43,000 that we owed the Univer— sity. The Pig n' Whistles should continue to make a profit as well as the winter Carnival. Winter Carnival made a profit of $2,000 last year.

Discussion followed the speeches. Some very good points Were raised by Emanuel Amohi. Some of these questions were 11 Why was Menor- ial closed as a resi— dence and what is being done with it, 2. Do we have any student imput into administration de— cisions, 3. Why doesn't Administration subsi- dize Student Union, 4. and finally, has any.- thing been done about the high cost of text- books in the"bookstore.
Other questions raised by students were 1. What has~ been done about A.F.S., 2. IS the Student Union doing anyl-l‘fing about student enployment, and 3. how many student Reps on Senate and Board of
