T a meeting of the Inhabitants of

Charlottetown, held on the 7th day of May, 1850, for the purpose of voting a sum sufficient to keep the Pumps and Wells in repair, and to chose Assessors for the current year-—It was ordered that the sum of One hundred and Thirty Pounds be the Assessment for the current year, with an sdditional sum of Twenty Pounds for the purpose of enlarging the present Engine House. The following persons were appointed Assessors for the currrent year:

Messrs. V.H. Pope, John McGill, G. Little, John Williams, J.C.McDonald, W. Duchemin, Dan. Hodgson. J. D. P. Coles, Don, McPhee.

At a meeting of the Assessors, held on Monday the 20th May, 1850, it was
