Sealed tenders addressed to the Superintendent, Fundy National Park, Alma, New Brunswick, will be received up to noon Monday February 3rd. 1959, for the privi- lege of operating as a concession the motel development recently constructed on I.[astlngs Hill In Fundy National Park. Tenders should be offered on the basis (If the annual rental the applicant vs prepared to pay for the conces- sion, calculated on a percentage of the gross receipts from the ren- tal of the cabins.

In submitting a tender the en- velope enclosing same should be endorsed “'l‘ender for Motel Con- cession.” Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than fiflty dollars ($50.00) in the form of an acoepted cheque, a money order or a draft made pay- able to the Receiver General of Canada. Any tender in the amount of less than fifteen per cent (15%) of the gross receipt: will not ‘Ie considered, and the highest or any tender will not necessarily be ac- cepted.

The concession consists of twcn‘ ‘y motel units equipped With com- biuation electric cooking stoves, and refrigerators. Bathrooms and showers are provrded‘in all twen- ty units. Each unit ls equipped with a 1500 watt electric space heater. The hot water supply 13 furnished firom a central Oil burn- in-g heater.
