THe Case or Constaxce Kent.—The ease of Constance Emilie Kent, who is under sentence ef death for the mu:der of her brother, Francis Saville Kent, at Read House, five yeara ago, has been taken into consideration by Sir George trey, the Secretary of State for the Home De- partment.
