The House is very comfortable for a small family, and contains kitchen, small parlour, good bedroom, servant’s sleeping room, closets, and a cellar underneath. The House is as good as new, as are the oflices, which consist ofa large Burn, 11 Stable, and Cow- house, Poultry-house, Dairy, and Green-houses for pota- toes and turnips; an excellent Spring of Water is near the House, and the fields are watered y a brook running through them _ .
