Ciry Scuoot Boarp.—The regular monthly meeting of the City School Board was held last evening. According to the teachers reports the enrollment during the month was 1431—816 boys and 615 girls. The percentage of attendance was 89, as follows: Prince street 92; Queen Square 88; West Kent 88. The Board, observing that the number of absentees and the cases of truancy and tardiness have increased during the month, decided, unless an improveu.ent be at once effected, to put ip operation the compuleory clanse, and the regulation of the Board pertaining to such cases.
