We are led to these reflections by the sudden’ death yesterday of Wil-

Kings and a Liberal candidate for the riding in the upcoming provincial

election. Death at the comparatively -

early age of 51 was due to a-heart attack; and it will involve, under the Election Act, the deferment of the -voting for both councillor and as- semblyman for this district to a later “date. This could mean, in the event

election, a few weeks of uncertaintly as to the ‘overall outcome. In any
