A short time afterwards they were changed again in the night, as it is charged, by one of the parties, who was dissatisfied, The other party then had him arrested for stealing.

At a luncheon before the opening of the Exhibition here to-day, Lord Stanley de- ivered a speech, in which he referred to the McKinley bill.
