Heckberl pleaded guilty to the charge and the other the youths pleaded not guilty. Heckbcrt is counselled by Melville Campbt it.

On a second charge of steal- ing a brown blanket valued at less than $30 the property of Schurman Peters. Lennox is- land. all three pleaded not guilty. The trio last week were brought before the court on a charge of stealing four tires, four rims. a car jack and battery. the pro- perty of Agnes Myrtle Camp~ hell of Kinkora. Hcckhcrt and Gallant had pleaded guilty to‘ the charge. with Fournier plead- Ing not guilty. This case was adjourned. together with other two cases. to January 29.

Bail for Heekbert was set at 8500 with one surety.

The house was search- ed nd in accused's bedroom.‘ the RCMP found a bottle in the] bed containing 10 ounces of illicit spirits. In the: barn, the RCMP officers found; a ten-gallon wooden barrell with‘ about three gallons of wash in it. and some copper tubing was also located The items had samples of liquids taken from there and analyzed. and were all found to contain alcohol.
