A Tale of the Sea.

Seven months ago the bark Cashmere left Philadeipbia for Hioge, Japan, wich a carge of kerosene. After encountering much rough weather,the vessel was finally thrown on her beam ends by a typhoon about 280 miles south of Yokonama on September 12.
