The dramatic resignation of Ontario Liberal leader, Walter Thomson. at the party's annual meeting in Toronto has brought up the names of several prominent Liberals as possibilities for the leadership. Possible candidates are: W. L. Houck. lIdPP for Niagara Falls and ex-vice- chairman of the Hydro-Electric Power commission) Farquhar Oliver. former House leader; John G. Brown, prominent Liberal financial ex- port, and ex-member for Waterloo North; Mayor Allan Lalnport of Toronto.
