Tue pedestrian mania has reached Char- lottetown in earnest. He starts precisely at 6 a. m., and finishes each day's walk at 12 midnight. The route extends from the foot of Queen street up to the Medical Hall corner, and return. Lydiard, for non-pay- ment of dog-tax, was fined $1.72; James flenuessy, arrested on complaint of William Kenuedy, for creating a disturbance in the Reform Club, was tined $1.60 for the offence, and $5 and costs for beiig drunk and incap- able.
