great cock, as well as a ,reat person. The entire taff of the Barn, with the xception of Clyde Bell, ill be new to you this‘ ear.
The student ifiSurance Olicy this year is with he Zurich Insurance Com— any. There is plenty of
informatiOn available on just what this health in— surance covers. This year a new procedure will be used to gain prescription. drugs from the stores. You simply have to take your prescription and your stu— dent card to the store. The larger ones ( a list will be printed later ) will have lists of the stu- dents and your student card will be matched against the list. There is no $1.00 deposit. Because the lists 'will not be available for a— bout three weeks, the system is not yet in operation. If you do need any prescrip— tion drugs before this goes ‘into effect, simply pay for them and take your receipt to the S.U. office. ' This year, the opportun— .ity will arise where we can import some good bands, but the cost will be higher. Examples at present are the

U.S. CUSTOMS ARREST TWO HORSES FOR DOPE * SMUGGLING
TAK, Arizona (ENS-CUP) -
he United States Customs ervice has arrested and de— ained two horses found muggling marijuana from exico into the U.S.
Customs officer Jerome Hollander says that field a— gents apprehended the two animals near this border town. The horses, both ri— derless, carried a total of 38 pounds of Mexican grass.
Officials believe the horSes had human accompli- ces who slipped away from the animals and eluded cap- ture shortly before the two animals were busted.‘ No charges will be pressed a— gainst the animals.
The two horses were promptly drafted by customs
_agents and are now patrol—u ,1ing the border in anneffort
to catch other pot smugglers.

Assignments- Tlloy Won't Kill Ya
September has arrived and the fall term of University is approaching rapidly, in- deed. By the time this is- sue of the Cadre hits the campus, we students will be searching for classes, meet— ing our profs, buying books, and hoping that soon the confusion will give way to academic routine. Of course 'there are those of us who won‘t settle into an aca— demic routine until two weeks before exams in Decem— ber, but that is par for the course.
There is always Regis— tration which must be con— tended with. This word u— sually tends to make even the most stalwart of stu- dents feel naseous, but it is a fact of life at all .Universities.. If misery loves company, then we've all got lots of it.

. even extremely non — aca— demic students will have those nagging twinges of conscience and the horri- ble sensation of waking up some morning after a drunken binge and reali- zing a paper is due that day.
It is hard to say how ma- ny of us will withstand the academic grind of University this year. It really isn't as bad as it is made out to be, but it is a good idea to expect the worst. Of course, it’s always helpful to stick a couple of bird courses in a schedule, and every University offers them. A 7'
