The group numbers 34 in all —— 15 girls, six boys. and three chaperones. William Taylor. principal of the high school, his wife an rs. MacAulay, a grade 11 history teacher.

None of the pupils had ever seen the Queen before and they are simply “thrilled to pieces".

The trip has also helped them geography-wise, they claim. as they learn about the pro- vinces and their industries as they pass through them.
