Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature at the suit of our Sovereign Lady the Queen against Nicholas James Brewn and Angus McMillan, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Nicholas James Brown, all the Right, Title and Lease- hold Interest of the said Nicholas James Brown in and to four acres of leasehold land, he the same a little more or less. situated near St. Eleanor’s, adjoining the property ofCharles Compton, Esq.. and at present in the cacopation of the said N. J. Brown, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will. on Saturday, the 17th day Of July, 1869, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell. at Public Auction, the said Property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £48 12s. 8d. with in- terest on £83 11s. 5d. from the 13!; day of June, 1868, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental ex-

Road District No. 12, Queen’s County. ROAD COMPENSATION ACT.

HEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the Fourteenth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled: “An Act to regulate the lay- ing out, and altering of Highways, and of the Acts in amendment thereof,” whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage, or advantage, that may accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new Road is intended to pass, leading from St. Peter’s Road to the Hillsborough Shore, be- tween Charlottetown Royalty, and Township number Thirty-four. Now, We do hereby give Public Notice, to all persons concerned, that we will commence the execution of the said Commission, by attending at the house of Mr. John Roper, in Charlottetown Royalty, on Monday, the 3rd day of August next. at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the forenoon of the said day, and proceed along the said intended newline of Road, and complete the Commission according to law.
