IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed

to us, under and by virtue of an act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled " An Act to regulate the lay- ing out and altering of highways.” whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intended to pass, leading from Johnston’s Mull Road to the shore between Townships Nos. 20 and 21. Now we do here- by give Public Notice that we will commence the execu- tion of said Commission on Monday. the 28th day of September next. at the hour of eleven o’clock, in the forenoon. and complete the inquest according to law. Given under our hands this 27th day of August, 1868.
