-- The closing exercises of Tig- nirh Shore School were held on Dec. 19th. at 7.30 P.M. Mr. Ben J. Pure, piesident of the Home and school presided. There was a large attendance of parents and rate- payers present.
The classroom was tastefully dec- orated for the occasion. A splen- did Christmas program of carols. reading and Christmas songs was ably carried out by the pupils. A short Christmas drama in two acts was presented with fine effect by the senior pupils.
Among the numbers which were sung by the class were: "Les Anges Dans Nos Campagnes". "Dans Cette Elable". "Silent Night". "L'Evang- elinc". "0 December". "Notre Dame Du Canada." "Joy to the World" and the "Magnificat”.
