under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reignof ller present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “An Act to regulate the laying out anl mltering of Highways." and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that Will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of WHO is intended to pass along the line dividing the Farms of Peter MoKenua and Peter AyIWUI'tli and through William McCallau's farm to the Palmer’s Road,

Now we do hereby give public notice that we will commence the execution of the siid Commission by attending on the said line of road, at or near William McCallum‘s on Monday the Nineteenth day of November next, at the hour of eleven o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day. and proceed in accordance with the terms of the Act l-tth Vic, cap 1, and of the Acts in amendment thereof.
