Professor Sauvage will speak on "NATO and East— west Relations: the 1980's". His address is one in the World Problems Series presen— ted by the University of Prince Edward Island and coor dinated by Dr. Reginald Stuart Chairman of the Department of History. The lecture, open to the public, will be held at St.Paul's Church Hall, beg— inning a: 7:30 p.m.

Prof. Sauvage has also been the Director of the Institute of European St- udies, (Paris), a Danforth Visiting Lecturer in the United States, a visiting professor at Stanford Uni- versity and he has lectured extensively throughout Canada, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
