Soccer Panthers’ slump continues Panthers lose to UNB

T he UPEI men’s soccer team lost in New

Brunswick this past weekend in their

only action of the week. In Fredericton, the Panthers were shutout 2-0 by the sixth-place UNB team. With the loss, UPEI remains in last place, one point behind the Mt.Allison Mounties. The Panthers, who have just one goal in seven games, have another battle scheduled against UNB this weekend, this time at MacAdam field. With the season winding down, the soccer team find themselves in a desperate battle for points with only four games left to play- all of them at UPEI.
