HEREAS the Lieutenant Governor of Her Majesty’s Island
of Prince Edward, with the Council and Assembly of the
said Island, did in the month of May , 1864, pass an Act, which has been transmitted, entitled as follows, viz:—
No. 1155 “ An Act relating to the Office of the Commander- in-Chiet‘. ’ ’
And whereas the said Act has been laid before Her Majesty in CounCiI, together with a letter to the Lord President of the Council, from the Right Honorable Edward Card well, one of , Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, recommending that the said Act should receive ller Majesty’s speCial confirmation. Her Majesty was thereupon this day pleased, by and With the advice of Her Privy Council, to declare Her special confirmation of the said Act, and the same is hereby specially confirmed, rati- fied and finally enacted accordingly. Whereof the Governor, Lieutenant Governor or Coinmander-in-Cliiet’ for the time being. ofHer Majesty’s Island of Prince Edward, and all other persons whom it may concern are to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

HEREAS the Lieutenant Governor of Her Majesty’s Island of Prince Edward, with the Council and Assembly of the said Island, did in the months of April and May, 1804, pass seven Acts,which have been transmitted, entitled as follows, viz:—
No. 1149 “ An Act for raising a Revenue.”
No. 1154 “ An Act to amend the Act intituled an Act to in- corporate the Union Bank of Prince Edward Island.”
No. 1162 " An Act to amend the Act to regulate the specie currency of Prince Edward Island ”
No. 1167 “ An Act to continue and amend the Act of In- corporation of the Bank of Prince Edward Island."
No. 1170 “ An Act to provide for the establishment of a Marine Court of Inquiry.”
No. 1176 “ An Act to continue for certain purposes the Land Assessment Act of the eleventh Victoria, Chapter seven, and the several Acts in amendment thereof, and for other purposes there- in mentioned."
No. 1183 “ An Act relating to the fraudulent marking of mer- chandize. ”
And whereas the said Acts have been laid before Her Majesty in Council, together with a letter to the Lord President of the Council, from the Right Honorable Edward Cardwell, one of Her Majesty’s principal Secretaries of State, recommending that the said Acts should be left to their Operation: Her Majesty was thereupon this day pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to approve the said recommendation. Whereof the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Commander-in-Chiet‘ for the time being, of Her Majesty’s Island of Prince Edward, and all other persons whom it may concern, are to take notice and govern
