Earle Ramsay of Hamilton, plaintiff, was bringing an action for damages, against MacLean and Sons, Electrical Contractors, of Charlottetown.

Melville Campbell was acting for the plaintiff and Bruce MacDonald for the defendant.

Mr. Ramsay.is claiming that | he contracted for an electrical system in 1954, and that in 1963, when there was trouble in the system, .a provincial electrical Inspector went out and found that the wiring ordered was not there, and that the wiring was | not up to the Canadian Standard | Electrical Code.
