McNeill of Richmond &t., charged with a breach of the Liquor Regulation Act hetweea the 20th of Dec., and the 18th Feb., was fined for tha! offence $100 and coste; and for selling liquor between the hours of 6 p. m. on the 19th Feb., (Saturday,) and 7. a. m., on the following Monday, was fined an additional $108 with costse—a total of $200 and costs or 6 months imprisonment with hard labor.

The Queen seems to be enjoyirg won- derfully good health. She walks better than she did at the time of her jubilee.
