Dr. Schaplra has been chosen for a post graduate course in the state oi New York, and he hopes to resume his practice here at the onclucion oi the course. Mr. Herbert Stevenson capably presi- ded as chairman, and after fitting remarks, called on Mrs. Harland Hill ,who on behalf or the people read an address while Mrs. Char- les Iasaidy presented the doctor with a substantial sum or money.
