Also all the right, title and interest of John McAulay, in and to 61) acres of Land, 3. little more or less, situate on Township No. 53, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234, 245, 246 and 303. in the Royalty of Georgetown, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby gave public notice that I will on the 18th day of February, 1868, at. the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, set up and sell at public auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £499 12s Gd debt, with interest thereon from the 1st day of August, 1862. until paid, and .153 163 8d, costs, also 163 8d for writ, besides Shoritl’s

of Alexander lirowrnagainst Januarius McAdam, I have taken and

seized as the property of the said Januarius McAdam, all the right,

title and interest of the said Januarius McAdam in and to 2

certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land, situate on Township No. 38, in King’s County.

The ﬁrst containing 50 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the South Side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon.

The second containing 10 acres of land, a. little more or less, situate on Township No. 38, aforesaid, fronting on the North side of the Post Road from Charlottetown, Eastward, with the building and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that 1 will on the 19th day of January, 1806,1itthc Court House

in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at '

Y virtue ofa writ of Fieri Facias To me directed, issued out of I ller Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with exemplifieatiou of the Will annexed, of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits which were of David Stuart Rennie, deceased. at. the time of his death, against John Smith, I have taken and seized as the property of the said John Smith, All his estate, right. title and leasehold in- terest, in and to three tracts of Land, containing in the whole 138' acres, situate on Lot or Township No. 23, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and bounded as follows, viz:—

First, Commencing on the Wesrein side of the New Glasgow Road, at the North-east Corner of George Smith’s, thence along George Smith’s boundary to the Hunter ltiver, thence Northwardly along the River, a. sullieient distance to give a width, at. right angles from said side line, of Seven chains, thence North, ﬁfty- eig’nt degrees thirty minutes. East. to the New Glasgow Road, thence along the Road to the place of commencement. having a. width on front of seven chains, containing by estimation, thirty. eight (39) acres, be the same little more or less.

Second, commencing on the Western side of New Glasgow Road, at astake ﬁxed at the North-east Corner of Henry Ball’s land, run- ning thence along Ilenry Ball’s northern boundary to the Hunter River, thence Northwardly along the course of the River, a suf- ﬁcient distance to give a width, at right angles from said side line, of eight chains, thence North, ﬁfty-eight degrets thirty minutes East, to the New Glasgow Road ;~ thence along the Road eight chains to the place of commencement, containing by estimation Thirty six (36) acres, be the some little more or less.

Third, one moiety or half part of the following tract. that is to say, commencing at a stake fixed on the Eastern side 01‘ the Road- leading from Charlottetown to New Glasgow. at the boundary of land formerly occupied by William Hill, and extending Soutliward- ly along said lload,e|even chains, and going back by parallel lines, North, sixty-four degrees. East, until it reaches the division line of the said Township, Containing by estimation. Sixty-one (61) acres, be the same a. little more or less.
