IN pursuance of a Decree made by this Honorable Court, in this

suit, bearing date the Thirteenth day of November last, there will be Sold by Public Auction, in the apartment occupied as the Court of Chancery, in the Colonial Building, Charlottetown, on SATURDAY, the fifth day of MAY next, at the hour of Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, ALL that tract, piece or parcel of LAND, situate, lying and being in the Royalty of Princetown, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, consisting ofSIX PASTURE LOTS, numbered as follows, that is to say, Number Twenty, (20) Number TWenty-one, (21) Number Twenty-two, (22) Number Forty-one, (41) Number Sixty-three, ((33) and Number Sixty-four, ((54), as laid down on the plan of said Royalty, containing Forty-elght acres of land, in Lots of Eight acres each, be the same more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all easements, rights and appurtenances to the same belonging or appertaining. .

IIEREAS a certain Treaty was made between Her Majesty and the United States of America, on the 5th day of June, 1854, providing for Reciprocal Trade:

And whereas the United States of America have, in accordance with the terms of the said Treaty, glVen notice for the termination thereof. And whereas in consequence of such notice the said Treaty will expire on the Seventeenth day of March, 1806.

And whereas under the said Treaty many persons, citizens of the United States of America, have invested moneys and fitted out Ships for the purpose of carrying on the (in-shore) Fisheries with- in the Territory of Prince Edward Island, under the said Treaty. And whereas they may be unaware that their right to carry on such in-shere Fisheries will end on the said 17th day of March, instant.

And whereas it is desirable that due precaution be taken to pre- vent injury or loss to any of Her Majesty’s subjects, or to the citi- zens ot' a State with which Her Majesty, the Queen of Great Britain, is happily in amity. New, therefore, I have thought fit, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council of this Island, to issue this my Proclamation, and I do hereby caution and warn all persons, not subjects of Her Majesty. that after the 17th day of March, inst., no Vessels owned and manned in the United States of America, can pursue the in-shore Fisheries without ren- dering themselves liable to the confiscation of their vessels. and suchdother penalties, pecuniary and personal, as are by law im-
