P.M. Pays Surprise Visit To Windsor; Requests Privacy

WINDSOR. Ont. (CPL-Prime Minister Diefenlbaker paid a sur- prise visit to Windsor Tuesday and made no bones about his de- sire for privacy.

He arrived unannounced on an arlyamorninig train. His welcom~ lug party consisted of Norman Spencer and Richard Thrasher, Progressive Conservative MP5 for Essex West and Essex South.

Officially MIr. Diefenbaker is visiting here to receive the 33rd degree of the Supreme Council, Ancient and Scottish Riteof Can- ada. The order is holding its an- nual conventionthis week.

Oﬁtario's Premier Leslie Frost and federal Finance Minister Fleming were also in town. l‘lr. Erost is also here to receive the order’s 33rd degree. Mr. Fleming was conferred with the 33rd de- gree’ four years ago?

Mr. Diefenzbakerr and Mr. Frost were to be given the degrees Tuesday night.

There were reports VMr. Frost and Mr. Diefenbaker were to con- fer. It was not known what Was to be discussed or whether a meeting was 'held. .

Finds Ancient Skeleton’ With Gold Bucket

TORONTO (CP) -— A 31-year- old archaeologist from suburban Swansea was revealed Tuesday as the ﬁnder of “one of the great archaeological discoveries of re- cent years."

The discovery is a solid gold bucket clasped in the hands of a. 2,500year-o1d skeleton in excavaa tions in Iran.

The discoverer is Runneymede Collegiate and Harvard graduate Robert H. Dyson, field director for an archaeological team ﬂrom the University of Pennsylvania.

In a letter to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R..H. Dyson, he de- scribes the bucket he found in the ruins of a collapsed building as “bent that, but still eight inches
