They were Gunnar Glinhede, 85, owner of a farm-machine service station in Koeperoed,

Sweden; Eero Rautiainen, 34, a farmer from Karjalohja, Fin- land, runner-up in 1963; and farmer Egil Braut, 27, from Hoprestad, Norway.

Glinhede and Rautiainen are experts in today’s plowing event and. one of them may well win the coveted Gold Plow, first prize of the competition, on ag gregate scores.
