William Hayden, Esquire, of Morell, to be a Commissioner for the recovery of Small Debts for St. Peter’s, in the place of John Benjamin Cox, Esq., decoased.

lllillEAS :1 Commission has been issued, directed to the uiidoiwigm-d. whereby we are commanded to estimate the damagcor advantage that will accrue to the parties through

whose land a certain New line o1 ltoad is intended to pass, viz;—— From the Road at Neil Shaw's farm, Cove Head, Lot 34,to Angus McMullin's farm, and from thence to the Gulf Shore.

Now we do hereby give Public Notice, to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by at- tending at the house of Mr. William Lawson, Cove liead,on MON— DA Y, the 23d July next, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the fore- noon of the same day, and will proceed along the said contemplated New line of Road, and execute said Commission according to law.

0 BE SOLD by PUL’LIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY, the Twneru day of JULY next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon,

at the Coconut. BUILDING in Charlottetown, under and by virtue of a Power of Sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the Thirteenth day of June, A.D. 1862, and mzfde between John Egan then of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Is- land, Plastercr, and Margaret Egan, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon. John Longworth, of the same place, ,Barrister-at-Law, of the other part: ALL that piece or parcel of Land,situate on or form- ing part of Common Lot No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty ofChar- lottetown, and described as Plot number Twelve in a certain Deed of Conveyance of parts of said Common Let, executed by Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker, his wife, to the said John Longworth, bearing date the fifth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, and also on the pan annexed to said Deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-Westward by theSt. Peter’s Road, and having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said Road, the South-western side line being Eighty-eight feet in

‘length, and the North-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said North

eastern line forming the side inc of a new street recently opened from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street, together with all buildings, fences, improvemens, rights and appurtenances to the said described piece of land, bellonging or appertaining.

IIEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the Undersigued, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a certain New Line of Road is intended to pass, leading from Fortune Cove to Mill Road, Township No. —-. Now we do here- by give public notice, to all parties concerned, that we will com- mence the execution of said Commission, by attending at the Fortune Cove Bridge, on MONDAY, the 16th day of JULY next, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon of the same day, and will proceed then and there to execute the said Commission accord-

IS Excellency the Lieutenant Governor in Council was this

day pleased to fix and determine the rate at which the

amount of the Invoice of Dutiablc Goods imported into this Is-

land from the United States of America, shall, in estimating the

duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of the Island, as follows:—

In all cases where such Invoices shall be made out in Dollars and Cents of the paper currency of the United States, the amount of such Invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island, by allowing for each Dollar the sum of Five Shillings, and in the like proportion for any fraction of a Dollar; of which all Collec- tors of Impost are to take notice and govern themselves accor-
