Both had red bills. On Nov. 28 another with a black tipped bill was seen at the Souris Breakwater (BCP); Mourning Daves - 7 at St. Peters Bay on Dec. 29 (An); 3 at Mt. Alerts: Birders should look at House Sparrows closely to ensure they are indeed House Sparrows and not Dickcissel as the some of the latter have been reported this winter in Nova Scotia (RC)

Older Reports: Les Homans reported 3 Blue-gray Gnatcatchers at 2???? in October of 1990 and a rare Worm eating Warbler at Cabot Park. The report on 2 Red-bellied Woodpeckers at Mrs. Maynard's feeder was changed to 1 at the January meeting and it died shortly after the initial report. Dale Thompson sent in a good written documentation on a sighting of a Royal Tern at the Tracadie Sandbar. This is the first known sighting report.
