He said the question of sup lying sew- age disposal did not enter into the request. a. It is believed a prior request for supplying the water had been turned down, but that the matter may be reconsidered in view of expansion of the city due to inclusion of the former No Man's Land area.

In the brief morning meeting, only matters of routine impor- tance were considered as it was Announced that a special meet- ing of Council would have to be held within a few days to deal with several matters of impor- tance, particularly referring to town planning.
