Netice To Mariners.— Notice is given that, from and after the opening of navigation this year, the light established Jast year upon the most westerly point of St. Peter's sland, in Hillsborough Bay, on the west side of the entrance to Charlottetown harbor, Prince Edward Isiand, will show a fixed red, instead of a fixed white light, as heretofore. NgaRLY a fatal accident occurred in the Railway yard this morning. A woman, named Ann Storey, in the employ of the Railway, while crossing the track with two buckets of water, raw the train approaching. Not having time to get off the track, she stood by the platform, which is about five feet high, and in connection with the freight house. The engMe passed her, but the tox cars, being wider than the engine, jammed tie poor woman against the platform. Dr. Con- roy, being called, found she had three of her ribs, and ccilar bone, broken. She was taken to her home a ul her injuries attended to, and is now doing as well as can be expected.
