Y virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, ssued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of George Wright. ' Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued outof Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John McDonald against Edward Cody, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Edward Cody, All his right,t.it1e and leases hold interest, in and to 80 acres of Land,fronting on the Monaghan Road, on Township No. 36, with all the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 30th day of March, 1864, at the Court House in Charlottetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the said writ, being £67 17s 8d, and interest on £57, part thereof from the 27th day of February, 1863, until paid, together with Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
