B out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of George Beer and George Robert Beer, Merchants, against Mal- colm McLean, absent debtor. I have taken and seized, as the property of the said MalColm McLean. All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Malcolm McLean in and to all that tract or piece of land situate on Township Number 67, in Queen’s County, in Prince .Edward Island, described as follows, that is to . say: commencing on the'AnderSon Road at the Southwest corner of I land held by Angus Matheson: it runs thence North 104$ chains; theme \l'est ten chains, or to the East boundary of James Todd‘s farm; thence South along the said boundary to the road aforesaid; and thehCe along side of said read, South-easterly, to the place of' commencement; and is bounded on the East by land held by Angus Matheson, on the West by James Todd, on the South by Anderson's Road. and on the North by the rear line of Farms fronting on Dunk River—the said courses being according to the Magnetic variation of the year 1764; together with the buildings and appur- tenances to the same belonging, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the Eighteenth day of November, 1866, at Twelve o'clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, sot up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being (£52 0s 11d) fifty-two pounds and eleven pence, currency, with lawful interest on (£34 23 2d) thirty four pounds two shillings and two pence, from the First of July, 1863, until paid, together with 16s 8d for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature at the suit of Barbara Lelia Alice Peake, Thomas Peake, Daniel lIodgson and James Peake, Executors ot the last will and testament of James Peake, deceased, against Lawrence Barrett, John Barrett and Cyprian Barrett, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Lawrence Barrett, John Barrett and Cyprian Barrett, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Lawrence Barrett, John Barrett and Cyprian Barrett, in and to ALL that piece or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being in the parish of Bedford, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and which is part andtarcel of Township Number Thirty-seven (37) bounded and admeasuring as follows, that is to say : commencing at _a stake fixed in the shore on the North side of Hillsborough River; thence running North for the distance of one hundred and thirty chains along the bound- ary line of lands formerly belonging to Lawrence Barrett, the elder; thence running East for the distance of seven chains and fifty links; thence running South until It strikes the said river; thence follow- ing the courses of the river westwardly, to the place of beginning; making and including One Hundred Acres. 8. little more or less, with the buildings thereon, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Eighteenth day of Novem- ber, 1866. at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlotte- town, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £1.33 93. 5‘gd. debt, with interest from the Twenty fifth day of August, 1847, and sixteen pounds six shillings and seven pence, together 16s. 8d., for this writ, besides Sheriff‘s

’ Y virtue of a. writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of'Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo, against Donald McDonald, I have taken and wind, as the property of said Donald McDonald. All his right, title, and in- terest in and to 100 acres of leasehold land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. 16; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 4th October, 1866, set up and sell, at Public Auction. at the Court House in St. Eleanor's, in the said County, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £95 145 will, with lawful interest on £88 7s 3d, part thereof, from 4th September, 1865, until paid, and 17s for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. out of Iler Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John Lefurgy against James CraSWell, deceased, late of Surn— merside, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said James CraSWell, deceased, in his lifetime, All the right, title and Freehold Interest which belonged to the said James Craswell, in his life time, and of which he died seized or possessed, in and to the followmg described pieces or parcels of land, viz :—-—Commencing at a stake fixed on the north-west angle of a Lot of Land willed by the late William Green to his wife, and now in the possession of Alexander Shaw; thence running north 30 deg. east 23‘.) feet; thence 41 deg. 15 min. west-384 feet; thence south 30 deg. west 23‘.) feet; thence south 41 deg. 15 min. east 354 teet, to the place of beginning, containing two acres, more or less. Also the following piece of Land, com- mencing on the south side of the Summerside Road, 40 feet from the stake of commencement of the last described tract, thence south 30 deg. east, to the shore of Bedequc Bay; thence westward- ly along said Bay, a sufficient distance to make 200 feet, on a line parallel with the road aforesaid; thence north to the said read; thence eastwardly along said road to the place of beginning, con- taining a quarter of an acre, more or less.

Also, all that tract. etc., commencing on the north side of the Summerside ltoad, in Alexander Shaw’s south angle; thence along said Alexander Shaw’s line north 30 deg. east 120 feet; thence north 4! deg. 15 min. west (’10 feet; thence south 30 deg. west to the road aforesaid; thence eastwardly along said road to the place of beginning, being part of the property willed by the late William Green, situate in Summersido, Lot or Township No. 17, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will. on Friday the 28th day of September, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £176 55. 7d., with interest on £167 ls. 10d, part thereof from 11th January last past, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
