ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being, on Lot or Township Nulllbt'l‘ Sixty-two, in the Parish of St. John’s, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, described and bounded as follows, that is to say: commencing and having a front of two chains on the South side of the Wood Island Settlement Road, and extending back, south by parallel lines for the distance of three chains and twenty-three links, being bounded on the east by land in the possession of Norman and Angus McPherson; also, all that other tract, commencing and having a front of two chains on the north side of the Wood Island Settlement ltoad,and extending back north by parallel lines for the distance of two chains and seventy- eight links on the east boundary, having the rear line thence west, and bounded on the east by land in the posscssion of Angus and Norman McPherson aforesaid—both said tracts together containing an area of one acre of land over the area of a mill pond and place of mill darn, together with all the houses, buildings and erections thereon, and all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belong- in .

The above is the property whereon the “ Milford Mills,” at present worked by the said John McMillan and Hector McMillan, are situated.
