. file, setting forth that the personal estate was insuillcient

to pay off the debts due by the said estate. and praying that license may be granted to him to sell the Real Es- tate of the said deceased, for the payment of the said debts; and also upon reading a certitied copy of the In- ventory of the Real and Personal Property of the said deceased, also on tile, and annexed to the said petition : Now, therefore, I do order, that the parties interested in the said estate, do appear before me, in the Court House of the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown, in the said Island, on Tuesday, the Fourth day of February next, ensuing the date hereof, at noon of the same day, to show cause, ifany they can, why the prayer of the said petition should not be granted; and I do further order that a true copy of this order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper of the said Island, for at least six consecutive weeks from the date hereof, so that all parties interested in the said estate may have. due notice thereof. WHEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to the undersigned, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to William Evans, through whose Land a New Rom is intended to pass, leading from the Yankeetown Road to the Irishtown Road, on the County Linc,betweeu Township, Nos. 18 and 20.

Now, we do hereby give notice to all parties concerned, that we Will attend at William Evan’s, jun., County Line, Township No.20, on Saturday. the eighth day of Feb— ruary next, at the hour of 1]. o’clock, in the forenoon, and proceed thence along the said intended line of road then and there to execute the said Commission according to law. this day pleased to fix and determine the rate at which

the amount of the invoice of Dutiable Goods, imported into

this Island from the United States of America, shall, in os-

timating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of this Island, as follows :~--

In all cases where such Invoices shall be made on t in Dol~ lars and cents of the paper currency of the United States, the amount of such Invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island. by allowing for each Dollar the sum of FOUR SHILLINGS AND SIX—FENCE, and in the like proportion for any fraction of a Dollar, of which all Collectors of Impost are to take notice and govern them-
