O And a sum of four hundred and fifty pounds to defray the expenses of Crown Prosecutions and Crown Ofiicers fees, for miscellaneous services and Juries.

And a sum of five hundred pounds at the disposal of the Government to be paid to paupers according to a scale agreed upon by the House ofAssembly to be divided among the Counties in the following pro- portions, namely :

Queen’s County, two hundred pounds. Prince County, one hundred and fifty pounds. King’s County, one hundred and fifty pounds.

And a sum sufficient for Education under the Laws relating to Education for the present year.

And a sum suflicient for Summer and Winter Mails and Inland Mails.

And a sum of sixty pounds to defray the expense of Public Postage.

And a sum oftwenty pounds to the Commissioners for issuing Treasury Notes, should the same be re- quired.

And a sum of one hundred poundsto defray the salaries of two Auditors of Public Accounts for the present year. -

And a sum of seventy-five pounds to defray the salary of the Superintendent of Public Works for the present year.

And a sum of ten pounds to defray the salary of the Assayer of \Veights and Measures for the present

ear. y And a sum oftwo hundred pounds to the Superin- tendent of Public Works for Plans and expenses of Superintendence. ‘

And a sum of three hundred and fifty pounds to pay Landwaiters and the Preventive Service for the present year.

And a sum of ten pounds to pay the Medical attendant of the Queen’s County Jail.

And a sum of six pounds to pay the Medical attendant ofthe Prince County.

And a sum ot six pounds to pay the Medical attendant of the King’s County lell.

And a sum of sixty pounds to pay the salary of the Keeper ofthe Queen’s County Jail.

And a sum of thirty pounds to pay the salary of the Keeper of the Prince County Jail.

And a sum of thirty pounds to pay the salary of the Keeper ofthe King’s County Jail.

And a sum of fifteen pounds to pay the Matron of the Queen’s County Jail. .

And a sum of sixty pounds to pay the salary of the Keeper ofthe Colonial Building.

And a sum of eight hundred pounds to defray the eXpt-nses ofthe repairs of the three County Jails.

And a sum of twenty pounds to pay the salary of the Messenger ofthe Public Offices.

And a sum of five pounds to defray the allowance to the Market Clerk at Georgetown.

And a sum not exceeding six thousand pounds for the service of Roads, Bridges and Whart‘s for the

Queen’s County, including Charlottetown and Royalty, two thousand one hundred and twenty-two pounds.

King’s County, one thousand seven hundred and thirty-nine pounds.

Prince County, one thousand seven hundred and thirty-nine pounds.

Opening new roads under Road Compensation Act, one hundred pounds.

Contingent expenses of Roads, Bridges and \Vharfs, to be equally divided between the three Counties, three hundred pounds.

And a sum offive hundred pounds at the disposal of the Government for macadamizingr with granite or other suitable stone parts of the Main Post Road within the Common and Royalty of Charlottetown, the same to be expended under the direction of the members ofthe said City of Charlottetown.

And a sum of two hundred and fifty pounds at the disposal of the Government for maeadamizing with granite, or other suitable stone, the Main l’oét Road leading through Common and Royalty of George- town, to be expended under the direction of the members for said town.

And a sum of two hundred and fifty pounds for macadamizing with granite, or other suitable stone, the Public Roads near Summerside, to be expended under the direction of the members for the Eleventh District ofPrince County.

And a sum of one hundred pounds towards the reliefof pauper Indians.

And a sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds at the disposal of the Government to defray the dis- bursements and expenditure of the Model Stock Farm.

And a sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds to defray the expense oferecting a Lighthouse at East Point.

And a sum ofeighty pounds to pay the \Vharfage of the Mail Steamers at Charlottetown and Brule for the present year. '

And a stun of two hundred pounds to defray ex- penses ofrepairs at Government House.

And a sumofone hundred pounds to be granted and paid to the Solicitor General, in addition to the sum payable to him under the Act Sixteenth Victoria, chapter three, for his services for the current year.

And a sum of fifty pounds towards defraying the eXpeuse of repairing Fyfe’s Ferry Bridge.

And a sum of four hundred and eighty pounds to pay tor building Bridge on Lot Sixty-one.

And a sum of five. hundred andtwenty-two pounds and fifteen shillings to pay tor building Murray River Bridge.

And a sum of fifty pounds for Mink River Wharf, Lot Sixty-three.

Ane a sum of two hundred and fifty pounds for repairs to Poplar Island Bridge, in addition to the appropriation of last year.

And a sum of two hundred and forty pounds for repairs to Wilmot Creek Bridge.

And a sum of one hundred pounds for Anderson’s Bridge, Lot Twenty-two.

And a sum of one hundred and fifty pounds for Bridges on Georgetown road.
