Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued B out of Her Majesty’s Supreme ('ourt of Judicature, at the. suit of James Yeo against Alexander McDonald, I have taken and _ seized the property of the said Alexander McDonald. All the right. title and freehold interest of the said Alexander Mellonalil. in and l to 50 acres ofland, together with the buildings and improvements ! thereon, at present in the occupation of the said Alexander Mac-f Donald, situate on Lot or Township No. 14, in Prince County; and l I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the second day of i May, 1867. at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. lileunor's. in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as Will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ. being £163 17s., with lawful interest on 31.10, part. thereof from 16th day ol April, 1865, until paid,. and on £50. a further part thereof, from 16th April, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff‘s fees and incidental expenses.

1) Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of ) Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with exempliﬁcation of the Will annexed of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits, which were of Davnl Stuart Rennie, deceased, at the time of his death, against Charles Smith, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Charles Smith, All his Estate, right, title and leasehold interest, in one moiety or half part of the following tract, situate on Lot or Towaship No. 23, in Queen’s County, in the said Island and bounded aslollows,viz: commencing at a stake ﬁxed on the Eastern side of the Road leading from Charlottetown to New Glasgow, at the bpundary of land formerly occupied by William Hill, and extending Southwardly along said ltoad, eleven chains, and going back by parallel lines, North, Sixty-four degrees East, until it reaches the division line of the said Township, containing by estimation, sixty-six acres, be the same a little more or less; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on Tuesday the 27th day of February, 1866. at 12 o’clock; noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, sat up and sell at public auction,the said proper- ty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said‘ writ, being£29 19s 8d, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expen-
