Felix—that man of mark in drapery—is reported by a recent interviewer as saying: “The fact is, we have not made many noted changes since last year, except in the mat- ter of skirts, which, without being bell shaped, are fuller. We,’ this high author- ity added, “are beginning to drape our skirts a little, but I cannot say that they will take just yet.”
Parisian Fancies In Veils.
There is something quite new in veils that hails from Paris—namely, thin materials plaited in the form of a fan and pinned on the bonnet at the top, the plaits opening over the face. They are made both in black and white. Black lace with white edges of the scarf shape are new, and tucks are in- troduced at the hem.
