Notice is hereby given, that on application of Donald McDonald. of ast Point. in the County of King's, in Prince Edward Island, made to His Honor the Com- missioner in Insolvency, pursuant to " The Unfortunate Debtors' Act, 1868.” I do. by His Honor’s directions. hereby appoint Saturday, the nineteenth day of March next, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o’clock in the forenOcn, us the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said Donald McDonald. for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
