It is believed that the wire crossing this lake is the Jonge+t single wire apan in the world. However that may be, Molanksy is undergoing a gradual pbysical metamorphosis. His face is slowly changing from its natural type until already it has come to show 4 strong resemblance to the head of an ani- mal. Physicians are undecided about it, some leading European scientists holding that it isa especies sf physical atavism, while othere say itis a wuervous disease. Molanksy’s case is the first to be reported in America.

Bank Directors Committed for Trial
Hawirax, Nov. 15.—A cable from St. John’s, Nfld, says that Harvey, Green, Donnelly and Thurbern, the Union Bank directora, were to-day committed for trial by Judge Conroy. Light charges were found against them, for publishing false and fraudulent annual statements of the bank, and declaring dividends to the shareholders when no profits were earned.
