All animal; will have free accommodation at the grounds and stables, with bedding, for one day before sale and the day of sale at the care and risk of the owner, on which days they can be shown free on the track. 5. At the Anction Sale a competent Auctioneer will sell, whose clerk will receive and pay over purchase money.
