That boys and girls under the apparent age of sixteen years respectively shail not be on the streets of Char!otettow: without proper guardianship after the hour of 815 p m, from the first day o1 November till the first day of May, anc after the hour of 915 p m. from the first day of May till the first day of November. and at such hour all boys and girls shal) be in their homes.

2nd.
