Several changes have been made for the l976 slide contest. There will be a cempetition for adult members in the following categories: Plant slide, Animal slide, and a slide series (three to five slides which tell a nature story).

The Junior Naturalists will have a competition for the best nature slide or print. All members will be eligible for the new “Best-inShow” trOphy. More details will be given on the contest in the fall newsletters.

SUMMER OUTINGS

A number of new field trips is planned for the summer and early autumn of 1976. This is the only announcement of the trips, so save the list for refer- ence over the summer months. The meeting place for all trips is the Y.M.C.A. corner in Charlottetown at l0:00 A.M. ( except August 2l, which will likely occur in the evening - more on this later.)
