Election Expenses Officials Meet With Provincial Cabinet,

Three members of the federal | committee on election expenses | met yesterday with the provin- cial cabinet. .

They also held meetings dur- ing the morning with representa- tives of the Liberal Party and in the afternoon with representa- tives of the Progressive Conser- vative party.

Members of the committee tn- clude: Alphonse Berbeau. of Montreal, chairman; M.J. Cold- well, former leader of the -COF party of Canada from Ottawa and Gordon Dryden of Toronto. Two other members of the com- mittee are holding meetings in western Canada. .

Building Bonus Applications On Par With 1964 Requests

Applications for the $500 bonus under the winter house building incentive program are at about the same level as last year. ‘~~Tn the first three weeks of the 1965-66 - programme over 26,000 applications for approval of housing units had been received.
