A beautiful cathedral cake was presented the newly ordained priest. by the Bishop oi Bathurst. A beauti- ful four-tier fruit cake, the first tier containing s mineature altar with the clergy reading the script- ures, was also presented. The top tier of this cake represented a cath- edral splre containing bells and it was agreed by all who saw it that it was one of the most. beautiful and artistic cakes ever seen.
