bout eighty, already more than were members ast year. The barbecue was popular and the

arty in Riverdale had more “refreshments” at it than everyone could drink , and being as ccomadations were provided there wasn’t one case of drinking and driving.

But all that is old news and who the hell cares what happened last week anyway? Either you were there and know what a good time it was or you weren't and really don’t givea damn. This weekend (Fri, Sat, and Sun) there Willbea sustainable living fair in Fredericton, N.B in which you will have the opprotunity to learn how to live off the land with minimum environ- mental impact. Transportation back and forth will be provided and there will be some great parties at night. The trip (not including food) should cost about $20.00 per person. Anyone interested can sign up on the sheet in the iology Club lounge.

ter, causing thousands of species of animals that depend on mosquitos asa food sourceto starve to death. This would include many fish, bats, and birds that are in turn food for larger mammals and birds. This could mean that the extinction

of the mosquito could eventually lead to the extinction of animals that depend on the mos- quito for food.

Think about that the next time you swat one and wish all the little bastards would disappear.
