Wil- liam Hughes) was voiced in the Legislature Wednesday night by Mr. H. Frank MacPhee. K.C., Con- iervative member for the Third District of Kings.

Mr. MacPhee followed Mr. Hughes in the debate and made a devas- tating analysis the Budget- which involves an estimated over- all deficit of 0887.096.

Meagre Material:

"it is necessary at this stage to consider what is our financial position." Mr. MacPhee said. The materials before us, designed ‘to inform us and enable us to dzc- charge properly our duties, are meagre _ and inadequate.
