The young composer, who is still studying at the Julliiard School oi Music in New York City. expects shortly to receive his Master of Science Degree in Music from the University of New York. with which the Juilliard is affiliated.

STOLEN SAFE RECOVERED-—- A small office safe, which was stol- en from the Crapaud Creamery on Sept. 2 last ycar. has been recov-- ered, Mr. Lloyd H. Rogerson, man ager of the Creamery reported yea- terday. The safe was found in a marsh at Bunbury by a telephone lineman working in the ‘locality. who reported the discovery to Royal Czinadian Mounted Poilpc. The door had been smashed off the safe and some $400 in_ the safe when it was taken was missing.

N. 3.. which is within three miles of Port Fairfleld, Mo, a very pretty town, with nice public buildings and lovely stores.

Marks read an address to the young couple, who came to Margate from Hunter River, late last year and who have already endeared themselves w their neighbors. She had been ill for about a year. The late Mrs. M..- Kenna had been born in Summer- side 61 years ago, the daughter oi the late Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Hig- gins. Befose moving to the Uni-ed States about thirty years ago, she was employed for a number o.‘ ymrs in the tailor shop oi Clark and Buchanan now operated oy Mr. Edgar Clark. She is survived by her husband. a son, James and a daughter. Gertrude, both at home, Funeral services were con ducted in St. Joseph's Church. Lynn n May 1st and burial was in st. Joseph's Cemetery-S.

The late Mr.‘ Macdonlald had been in poor health for some time. He had been retired on pension since 1925.

The deceased entered the rail- way service in March, 1817, and W85 promoted to conductor in 100i when only twenty-one years of age.

The late Mr. Mscdon-sld was a member oi the Independent Order oi Oddfellowa for the past 80 years. He was a past grand master oi that Society. Conductor Mac- donald had been a member of the Order of RailwayCor-lduclcra since i893. He was a. faithful attendant of St. James Presbyterian Church. lie is survived by his widow and one daughter. Jacqueline, a mem- ber of Prince Street School teach- ing staff.
