Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Bernard McCarvcll in and to all that Building Lot and premises, situated on Township No. 29, in Queen’s County, near the wharf at Crapaud, having a front of 50, and running back a distance of 113 feet, together with a dwirlling house, &c. &c, thereon, and I do hereby give Public Notice that 1 will, on Monday, the Second day of December, 1807. at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Count House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set Up and sell at Public Auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Fifty-three pounds (£53,) and in- terest on £50. from the First day of November, 1865, together with costs, Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
